  • Customers are provided with appropriate information concerning the nature of our services that is fair, clear and not misleading.
  • Customers clearly understand the risks inherent in the products and investments in which they invest through Alliance Trust Savings.
  • Alliance Trust Savings staff remain at all times trained and competent to do their jobs and that our internal training engages and encourages staff to actively improve customer service.

Senior managers and all staff are responsible for ensuring that TCF is embedded throughout the organisation's operations and dealings with our customers.
