Price

We're still the only platform service provider in the advised market that charges based on flat Account fees. At larger account sizes it’s hard to argue with the potential savings for clients compared to paying a percentage of Account value. In fact, as the figures below show, we’re one of the most cost-effective options.

And as we’ve already seen, paying less doesn’t mean you have to compromise on choice or functionality.

For a Self Invested Personal Pension

About the price comparisons

Our price comparisons are based on publicly-available information for standard rates on provider websites at 22 January 2020 as compiled by platform consultancy the lang cat. Comparing the main Account fee or platform custody charge along with any dealing or services charges for each scenario described above. You should check with each provider for the detail of all their charges, which may be subject to change. *Standard Life is changing its charges from 1 April 2020. These comparisons reflect its current structure. For Alliance Trust Savings please read our Charges Guide for Advised Clients. Underlying investment costs (for example, the ongoing fees paid to fund managers) and drawdown charges are excluded. We assume portfolios are invested in unit trusts and OEICs, which is a typical approach for advised clients, and the figures do not allow for any investment returns. Competitors selected for comparison are the top five advised platforms by assets under administration.
