Why do I need to register to gain access to the Online Pension Illustration service?

There are a number of reasons we request registration prior to granting access to the service, they include:

  • We need to ensure that only FSA registered firms and their employee are accessing this service
  • We need to understand who is using our services so that should we need to advise of any changes to the service, we have a list of existing users
  • We also personalise the illustrations with your firms details for compliance purposes

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

To help us to help you, please consider the following questions:

Is this the first time you have logged in to the service?

If Yes, our password will be your surname followed by your first name i.e. Fred Smith becomes smithfred.

If no, Did you change your password when you last visited the service?

If yes, please contact businessdevelopment@allianctrust.co.uk and we will reset it for you.

If no, your password will be as in (1) above – if you are still encountering problems, please contact businessdevelopement@alliancetrust.co.uk and we will reset it for you.

I am unable to login.

If you registered within the previous 24 hours and have received your Personal ID and Password, your account may not be fully activated yet. Please wait for 1 working day and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at pensionstechnical@alliancetrust.co.uk

Are there any minimum system requirements to allow me to access the service?

Yes, the Online Pensions Illustration service currently only works with Internet Explorer. You will also need Adobe Acrobat reader to view the illustration.
