We want to make looking after your clients’ accounts as easy as possible.
We have updated our systems so that you will now have online access to view all your clients’ accounts, trade and manage them online.
We are also providing you and your staff with different online permissions depending on their roles and responsibilities.
They can have:
View only – this allows you to access your client’s account and view their transactions and valuations. You will also be able to obtain information over the phone.
Transactional access – this will allow you to open new accounts for new and existing clients, set up Direct Debit mandates and give us investment instructions on your client’s behalf, both on and offline.
Administration access – this permits the user to only view and print Adviser Charging Statements. They will not get access to client accounts
Each user will have their own Personal ID and PIN.
To allow you to segment your clients we provide all your clients with access to their accounts, online.
We are currently working with some adviser back-office systems with a view to providing valuation and transactional history data feeds to them. Our Adviser E-News will keep you updated about these services.
