For new investors: please apply for an account using the link above to gain access to our online services.

Our online services will normally be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, however some trading activities are restricted to the opening hours of the London Stock Market.

We value customer feedback and are always striving to make improvements based on your suggestions. Many of you said that you would like to be able to contact us at a time that’s convenient for you, so from the 6 September we will be trialling extended opening hours on a Saturday morning.

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Client services team is available all year round excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Calls may be recorded for security monitoring purposes.
