What is an IPO / Share Offer?

An Initial Public Offering (IPO) is when a company offers to sell shares to the public for the first time. The company will announce its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange and publish its full prospectus and expected price range. You can ask us to apply for shares on your behalf for any of the offers listed below.

A Share Offer is when a company that has already sold some shares to the public goes on to sell more. As for an IPO, the company publishes a prospectus with all the details including the expected price range. You can ask us to apply for shares on your behalf.

  • Login to your online Account and select the offer within the Trade section.

  • If you don't have an online Account, you can apply for one here or by calling us on 01382 573737. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
