Once the winding up of the Fund begins on 17 January 2020, LFS will begin a process of paying out to investors their share of the proceeds of the realisation of its assets as soon as possible. This will be done by means of a number of capital distributions made to all investors in the Fund. It is anticipated that the first payment will be made by the end of January 2020.
We will provide you with more information as and when it becomes available.
LFS have advised that dealing in this fund will be suspended with effect from 15 October until further notice. The decision will be formally reviewed at least every 28 days.
